Please be aware that I am a member of several sites and enjoy trying new things. I hope to get better and more frequent at sharing my opinions when the chance arises with the products I try. At this time I am not participating in the bzzagent program. Although I enjoyed what they had to offer and the programs I was able to participate in, I found that their customer service was lacking when they had issues with an agent. More or less, I asked if something was allowed, was told that it was then later accused of things that weren't true. After numerous attempts to try and resolve the issue and providing the requested information it became clear that although I was a dedicated member and did all they asked of me, that they did not value my participation. I will not elaborate any further and do not feel there is a need to. I still highly recommend the program, but would tell you to proceed with caution.
